RIFO SERVICES ACCEPTABLE USE & CONDUCT POLICY

This Acceptable Use & Conduct Policy (“AUP”) applies to any and all use of the RIFO Services by you (i.e. the end-user) (“You”).

By way of background, RIFO makes available a platform (“Platform”) as an online service designed to service and connect Clients (as defined below), real estate agents (each, an “Agent”), and third party vendors (each, a “Vendor”) during the buying, selling and servicing of real estate (such online services, collectively, the “RIFO Services”). The RIFO Services are made available to Clients, Agents and Vendors via the Website and via distinct RIFO mobile applications specifically designed for Registered Clients, Agents or Vendors, respectively.

“Client” means a consumer (individual or entity) end-user of RIFO Client, excluding any Agent or Vendor. “Content” means any text, information, materials, data, video, graphics, pictures, music, logos, marks, designs, hyperlinks, embedded links, URLs, and other types of content. “RIFO Content” means, any Content available on, or used to create and operate, the RIFO Services or the Website, including RIFO Client, as well as the selection and arrangement of such Content, but RIFO Content excludes User Content. “User Content” means any Content that You, or other Clients, or any Agents or Vendors upload, submit, post, display, transmit or otherwise make available on or to the RIFO Services. “User” means any end-user of any RIFO Services, including You, any Client, any Vendor or any Agent.

These AUP form part of a User’s agreement to use any RIFO Service. Any violation of this AUP will constitute a violation of one or more of the following RIFO Service Terms of Service, as applicable: (i) RIFO Client Terms of Service, which may be viewed here: https://www.rifo.co/terms-of-service ; (ii) RIFO Vendor Terms of Service, which may be viewed here: https://www.rifo.co/terms-of-service ; or (iii) RIFO Agent Terms of Service, which may be viewed here: https://www.rifo.co/terms-of-service
